I regret to say that my sister has passed away. I don't know that DCVax-Direct would have helped, but with her cancer growing I didn't think she had much time, though in her optimism she was planning on a cruise next Fall. Cancer doesn't wait for anyone, that's one reason I don't believe that trials should take a decade or more. She had a good life, but it was shorter than it should have been.

Sorry for your loss, Gary. Amen to that! The drug testing system is an absolute disaster. You just happen to be invested in the company that's the poster-child for the molasses factory. Who'd ever believe a drug / vax with no real side effects taking twenty five years and a billion dollars to prove out, one way or the other.

My Mom died last October just shy of her 94th birthday. I posted this song several Easters ago on facebook. Mom saw it and admonished me with an all caps reply--THOMAS! Then when we were setting up for the funeral dinner and streaming Mom's favorite musicals, THAT song began playing.(it was never one of her favorites) I think she forgave my irreverence. Gary, my heart goes out to you. It’s so odd that at the end of a long day planning travel i just read your post on the sad loss of your sister. Yesterday I got notice my cousin’s youngest passed over the weekend, her brain & body ravaged throughout by cancer at a too young age of 59. I could not agree more there has to be another way than a decade or more of testing for approval of promising treatments/therapies. I will pray for you and your loved ones.
