yes, I agree Sasquatch2. That appears to be what STXG is doing. However, several other mm's have been coordinating to ensure the pps remains down while STXG is doing this.
For example, the VIRT+OTCX duo that began at the beginning of January was put in place to keep driving the pps down, but neither one of them ever actually sold or bought shares. They only popped on & off the board completely synced up to the millisecond, with the intent to keep driving the ask & bid lower and lower.
What STXG is doing is completely legal and expected. However, the coordination/collusion amongst others is not. Well, I guess it's to be expected in OTC, but that doesn't make it legal.
Is what it is at this point. When CC decides to end it, we move up. Until that time, Every day = Groundhog day...
