So you’re saying they let go employees and the board resigned because they knew once liquidation was approved the company was not going to live on… that happened in 2018… the monitor didn’t report anything to Finra until Feb 2019, Finra stepped in Nov 2019… so you’re saying from August 2018 to November 2019, it was clear and obvious the company would not live on, but they let the shares trade as BioAmber Inc stock for over a year?
