This is not hard at all.

Why would they keep paying employees after they knew the company wasn't going to live on? They immediately let them go when the SISP failed.

Then they reported to FINRA after the deal was closed and all those bizarre appeals were concluded in 2019 at the time of their discharge. Then FINRA stepped in.
