He appears to have a High End Automotive, and Aviation background. (?)
I guess we'll see soon enough what they have to do with CUBV.
Regarding removal of the $282K Tweets...In my opinion, they are still valid because "At that point in time" and still according to the official Court record...that Judgement is "Satisfied."
So it still reflects what GM did "at that time"...and what is still reflected in the current Court record, and last Q Filing.
She may be choosing to leave those Tweets as they are part of the record, until and if she has the Satisfaction, Voided and Vacated, and restored as a valid and collectable Judgement. (For the court to decide.)
As always, we're left to guess. But I am looking for the facts to be revealed , and hoping that means a rise in the pps for us all.
