It looks like they're going to suspend trading, however how much worse can it be than it is now? I mean if you sold it you get just about 0 anyway the only difference will be it will get suspended and you can sell it under any circumstances.
FWIW re WCVC, it is too late for the company to avoid the SEC Admin. Law Judge (A.L.J.) revoking the company's stock registration. Simply put, the SEC's A.L.J. does not accept any excuses for an SEC Registered company to be severely delinquent in filing Financials. Out of 2,308 SEC Registered stocks that had SEC Admin. Proceedings for being severely delinquent in filing Financials all 2,308 had their stock registrations revoked. That is 100% revocations.....not one escaped registration revocation and all 2,308 tickers no longer existed upon revocation.
