If Carter set up the corporation why would he include UOIP shareholders?
He would set it up to benefit himself - he has proven he doesn't care about the shareholders.
Some guy posted dozens if not more that if Chanbond wins everyone wins and he acted like he talked to him regularly - most caught on to his act and just laughed at him.
