If you look at some of the historical financial disclosures and the Appeal Court ruling, there is nothing documented about how the OS got to 900M. The largest amount of OS ever recorded was in the 300M range. The 800M is from the OTCM website showing how many shares are held at DTCC, but there appear to be 900M total outstanding.
As of right now, the figures on OTCM have be considered valid...but there is no documentation anywhere indicating how we got to that point. Where did all the shares actually come from?
