ATLnsider, good point, it is just a weak circumstantial case to think it was Germany, that is not fact. Either way though, the reasoning for imposing it appears to be a positive for NWBO, related to a differential seen between survival of placebo vs active treated patients. So, I think this now has little bearing other than our curiosity to verify our belief.
