I agree there is a lot in play here. They way I look at it is we hit .12 again just on them making good on like 20% of their plans. I think they will hit closer to 50-75% this year but I could be wrong.
I must say that my consideration of Form 1-A was viewed with a lot of skepticism.
How can a company we, as SHs, view as having a great deal of professionalism complete the form with obvious incompetence?
There seems to be a total disregard for accuracy in the sense that anyone could miss glaring errors regarding the number of shares being offered and the 'aggregate' share price they expect in attaining $5M dollars.
No excuse and for the management to provide the document to SEC with the obvious lack of overview is astounding ... unless ... .
