Agree beer and IMO things are fine at VXIT frustrating Yes

I'm thinking it could take a few months before the SEC approves this Offer Statement? By then .02 will be no brainer. Institutional Investors would know something Huge is in place by then!!


We (VXIT) expect to commence the offer and sale of the shares as of the date on which the Offering Statement (the “Offering Statement”) is qualified by the SEC.
