no..5 mill at .002 or less if pps drops unless he PULLS FILING OR AMENDS IT---which kills any attempt IMO to raise money.....especially since he raised 500k at PAR 001 and next filing should show where it WENT

I'm thinking it could take a few months before the SEC approves this Offer Statement? By then .02 will be no brainer. Institutional Investors would know something Huge is in place by then!!
