It’s business 101, a good CEO would relish the opportunity to share important facts with its shareholders. The board knows this and how simple it is to change the .001 mess. The board concerns itself with silencing posters instead of asking the CEO for what they are entitled to. The problem is that the problem can’t be removed or replaced. JMHO GLTY and have a great day
