Again, it's illegal for SHMN to sell shares, and the TA reports the share count to OTC Market, or anyone can contact them.
So it doesn't matter if b/s is spread here and who knows where else because it's believed only 8 people are here ?

I do know for a fact that they ARE NOT selling shrs to pay for it, but borrowing money would be my guess...
