If the factors and legitimate scientific evidence exist, the area is ripe for a privately filed consumer Class Action, where the requested relief would include a request for injunctive relief from a court to stop the sale of the presumably consumer fraudulent product.
If the evidentiary basis exists, then we do not need the FDA or Amarin to proceed. We only need the evidence, and at least one person who has used the inferior fraudulent product as a lead plaintiff.
