bobwayne, denner is in it to win, it may take some time but he's got our back. Think about the fact that he accumulated 15,500,000 shs in 70 days. He's not doing it for his health for all we know he may have a plan in place he just has to execute. When the time is right and he has accumulated the number of shs to get him over 10% IMO he will approach management with a proposal and that would account for his aggressive buying.
Based on the 395,825,887 shares outstanding which is stated in the 13D, Denner only has to acquire 15.5 mill more shares to put his ownership over the 10% mark. But it depends on the overall volume of Amarin for Denner to be able to acquire the required amount of shares.
One other item to note Amarin is his largest position based on the 13F filing dated 11/15/21.
