Sometimes there is a lesser quarantine period depending on where your coming from maybe or one of the finance companies has offices there and he has to go there to sign, which is my guess.

It has been said all along he was going to have to travel to close the loans. God wiling there are no hiccups or unforeseen issues and he closes these loans.

I believe everything is in place to move forward and closing the loans will be the first domino to fall in what will be a cascade of growth for PHIL over the next several years. The struggle will be for some who have waited so long to not pull out too early and hinder the process or cut themselves VERY short.
