Your initial point was that the journal would contain nothing new. That point is still as nonsensical then as it is now.

You are 100% right. We will not open NEJM and see an article, just cannot happen. We will get a PR in advance of ANYTHING released in any journal. Just the simple facts. That being said, the PR will likely be without much detail, which will be found in the journal article. I, personally, think the PR will come out pre-market as we use a UK publicist. It could be released after market, but not likely in my opinion. It could be released up to a week before journal article, but I personally, think it will be a day or two before or pre-market the day of.
