None of what you say can happen WITHOUT them putting out a PR PRIOR to any article that has that kind of information.

Why do people on here constantly think some surprise article or speech will take place in a magazine or conference without the public knowing first.

I am beginning to think not more than 3 people on here know the rules and regulations that are promulgated by the SEC. They still have to abide by the rules even if OTC.

You can't beg a country to produce more oil and at the same time tell them we will punish you if you blah, blah, blah. We were energy independent and exporting oil before you put a halt to it.
