If something alerts me it’s a message like this :” Nice to see some big boys Citigroup, Bank of America, Morgan Stanley “! Knowing that one or all maybe involved in dealmaking, they will have inside information and information on timing. Exactly the kind of information every shareholder wants to know here.These banks can exert more impact on Lightwave’s share than a few directors selling to pay their huge tax bill or any small fearful messengers here on this board. It also means that if they would push the price down, understanding the limitations of the float, they must see opportunities for making limitless money on the upside. In other words if my conspiracy theory is correct, we are in good hands for the future!
I don’t think so to answer your question. But in case a deal is being structured, one of these banks could well be involved and very interested to make sure they benefit maximally ( down and up).
