Highwayman4life, I'm somewhat stumped on your SPA reference. Over the last month or 2, you've provided several examples/references of other biotechs having SPAs and I held off asking why you reference them. AFAIK, NWBO doesn't have a SPA for the L trial but I assume you think they do. SPAs are given when a protocol is initially discussed w the FDA. Can you provide some reference to NWBO having a SPA? Thanks.

Oh, I see where you're coming from. You're thinking that NWBO did not PR they had a SPA? My (non-extensive) experience in small biotechs is that they would PR that info from the get go; you wouldn't get the details in the PR, just that they did negotiate a successful SPA w the Agency.
