The shares outstanding increased to 229 million versus 204 million. I presume part of the increase was sales of company stock which is probably part of the increased volume. Many small companies do this.so the additional shares are a cost of doing business and allows a company the flexibility they need until they get permanent financing

HDUP being secretive about their finances is why Alberta suspended the stock.

I'm guessing that they have access to funding and they are under no obligation to share that with us.
