$HDUP - that was some time ago - quarterly reports and I have screen shots back to the end of March, here is what happened:

Jan 31st - 204mil (annual report)
Apr 30 - 219mil (qtrly report)
July 31 - 228mil (qtrly report)
Oct 31 - 229mil (qtrly report)

The increase from Jan 31st to April 30th had already occurred in March as I have a screen shot accounting for the increase from OTC Mkts.

So there has been no new shares since March other than the 1 mil add between July and October.

I think that's why you see the funding in July coming from the insiders and the CEO, he put up something like $700k.

And yet the PPS has sky rocketed and the volume has come pouring in since January 1st. So now all of sudden since HDUP has went from trading in the .02 to.07 cent range since May of last year to the .11 to .14 cent range this year there's a problem lol!
