$HDUP - how did they forward approx $1mil for the acquisition?

I'm guessing that they have access to funding and they are under no obligation to share that with us.

I'm flattered to have someone who has been posting on this board (HDUP) and this board only since 2016 engage me in a conversation of substance. What difference does it make how management absorbs the shares as long as the buyback occurs and the share structure decreases? :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)
