$HDUP - The company wrote; "The Company anticipates this Closing in the month of January 2022."

Just a reminder, there are at least two attorneys involved and then multiple personnel on both sides of the transaction. The more moving parts any deal has the bigger the challenge on keeping to a schedule.

When I see words like, "anticipate", "hope", "expect", etc. I then tell myself that it might be a week or two later. If it happens next week I'll be thrilled and if it happens the week after I'll congratulate myself for setting realistic expectations...LOL

I bought my first share in Dec of 2020 - as long as it happens, we are all going to be happy!! Have a good weekend, fingers crossed for next week!

The one thing the Oct. 27th tweet and the Jan. 10th tweet have in common is the words "prior to". Insinuating that one event will occur after another event.
