I am absolutely correct on this point. There was no SAP until 2020. I initially thought there was (when I also snagged the 2013 version of the protocol); however I learned in 2016 or 2017 that there was not one. And this fact has been confirmed over and over again.

In November 2018, they PR’d about needing to “finalize” the SAP — as opposed to modifying it. I guess that should have been a clue right there that this was going to be their first SAP.

(I also noticed (again) that Nov 2018 PR stated the data would mature until data lock. That ended up being October 5, 2020, which was about five years after the last patient was enrolled. (About a month shy.)
