Again, why do you double down and claim as fact there was a futility recommendation in 2015? If you are wrong, best of luck with NWBO’s team.

The question was "what is the bear argument". The answer is the bear argument. It does not assert the argument is a fact.

But I will continue with the assertion that I am 90+% confident that is what happened. Every other theory has huge holes, and this does not. And we know (given CVM) that it is possible.
