Peatross case getting good! Cross-defendants filling motion to compel Yazbeck to produce documents, while Yazbeck is filling a motion to dismiss with prejudice.

I bet the cross-defendants take the bait...as long as SCAMydx agrees to cover all the other parties attorney fees.

And why wouldn't Yazbeck agree to that...it's only gullibles on the hook for those funds!! ROFL!!
