Maybe not necessarily true. Possible to use L for any removed tumor, like maybe a lung tumor. Very likely L can be used to "clean up" cancer cells not removed by surgery.

Seems reasonable....but I'm not a scientist.

L can be used for all operable solid tumors.

Direct can be used for all non-operable solid tumors.

L is for operable tumors where the tumor tissue is adequate to generate the lysate to expose the dendritic cells to the tumor tissue. Direct is for inoperable tumors where the exposure to the tumor must occur inside the body.
