If we cross $1 then it's likely an indication TLD is imminent IMHO.

The market believes TLD/Pub could be any minute but does not, (based upon the low price NWBO shares are selling for) expect TLD/Pub any minute. If this is the last week for placing bets or if the window has really, truly already closed (with a post-COB announcement today) I could happily live with that. I just do not believe this rise is the market expecting it.
