Putting that statement and DIs statement together certainly makes it sound like dr. Bosch was pulled for the purpose of working on TLD/publication. The next question is whether he is working on finishing touches or there was a setback. For me the DI answer is still too vague to draw any conclusions from. I see the charts as more encouraging than DIs statements that tld/publication is soon.
