Otherwise why would they change the time and then cancel so shortly after? Seems unlikely that w change in time would have been driven by NWBO so close to cancellation.
Not really. A poster here said DI stated they needed to prioritize getting DCVax-l over the finish rather than have him take time to prepare for that conference.
