Well, if he confirmed, it is strange that they changed the time. Also, not sure why he would confirm if he basically likely knew the data was not coming out around the same time. I suspect it is likely more convoluted.
Maybe the conference just needed to move his time to accommodate someone else and in the process they ultimately confirmed there would be no talk.
