Your assumption ignores the much more obvious truth. Millions of dollars in loans are at risk and Mr. Cofer Black is not at the company as window dressing though there are some who will say so. He has very valuable connections and skill sets for making clear what is at stake for those in the know. Not only would they lose out on a once in a lifetime opportunity for financial gain, they would go to jail to boot. Manipulators already know they are being watched and past actions have been investigated. Even the Department of Justice has an investigation going on now with the kinds of things NWBO has gone through. By the way, how many shares of NWBO were sold while Mr Woodford was overseeing the funds they were in after the fallout?; ). I guess Mr Woodford met Mr Harry Callahan and decided not to feel lucky ; ). Best wishes.

You’ve obviously never been involved in something that required numerous people to keep their mouths shut for a long period of time. Your perspective may be true the day before TLD is released because one or two people couldn’t hold back, but in general an NDA with professionals know precisely what’s at stake for them both good and the more horribly bad.
