Last night, in a deep garage in DC, Deepthroat said the first patient dosed with Dc Vax L made at Sawston would be considered a "material event.".

"The first -L manufactured at Sawston is not a material event".

It will have to be disclosed as normal updates to the SEC filings at some point as they presently say Specials are made at Royal Free. But no need to do so on any timeline.

They can still PR loudly if they wish. And they can 8-K it also. Neither makes it material.
