Thanks for Post and Link to the Article. This sector is just a mess right now. There is obviously no shame in trying but failing to find a cure for these horrible diseases. But Biogen and the FDA really screwed the pooch for the sector by approving Aduhelm. SAVA is no better if they crimenally alter their data. Now, Anavex can't seem to come close to meeting a data release deadline.
Keep it up. Mike V. and maybe CMS will withdraw even the clinical support. I would.
CMS won't finalize its decision until April. Biogen Chief Executive Michel Vounatsos said Thursday the current proposal would promote inequality between patients. Only those who live near a test site would be able to access Aduhelm.
"We believe this (national coverage determination) would also set a dangerous precedent as a matter of policy and discourage investment in future innovation for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease," he said in remarks to analysts Thursday. "It is important for innovators to know that they can rely on the FDA's evaluation and determination of patient benefit risk."
Funny, Mike V. but it seems that CMS has made that evaluation and determination.
ANAVEX NOW ... RIGHT NOW ... MONO-STYLE ... for LIFE ... and for ALL AGES!!!
