Agreed. They have SEC lawyers and a group of experienced statisticians/advisors etc., on their team. Obviously, they are going to give full respect to those employees, their experience, knowledge, and the future of TDS before skipping over them to a quick decision. Whatever has changed, they need to have a full understanding of all changes and implications for future decision making.

I’m liking more and more what I am hearing from TDS. TDS is sounding like a well oiled machine with solid and extensive decision making to secure it’s future business growth. THE SKY IS THE LIMIT.

Because you don't go tooting your horn you're cancelling the RS before consulting with your lawyers first, if they needed the ok from the lawyers they shouldn't have said anything until after they got the ok.
