A reverse split is a management decision...not a legal decision. I understand that they want all on board, BUT, what was voted on in the meeting last Friday should have already been run past their legal team. Robert seems to always want an out so he can place the blame on someone other than himself. Sheeesh, what kind of CEO is he. Grow some, Robert.

I’m actually glad they said something early on about intentions. It gave some that were here all last year the opportunity to purchase lower before news spread and others started buying back in. Plus it’s like two catalysts and not one ;-) smart move to me…. AND giving lots of time to buy at these levels after last year before the real run commences. $CLHI
