I think normal SPAC pricing of $10 is in order here especially giving how much money is backing The Phoenix Group. Also, Mr. Ali already stated that they are bringing in revenue generating assets to this shell. In addition, and very important, I believe The Phoenix Group has the full backing of the UAE government to expand in that region of the world.
