I completely disagree that “maintenance” is some future manufacturing capacity. Therefore I disagree that expansion does not have do with a current manufacturing site. The only manufacturing site (as opposed to the investigational site in Maryland) I know about in the U.S. related to NWBO is/was Shelby Drive.
