As we currently (last quarterly) do not have a contractual relationship with CRL/Cognate, I am not seeing any possible reason to assist financially in any build out for CRL. The only reason they helped Cognate with the manual build out was because at the production level for the trial it was not feasible for Cognate to build the suites needed.

Once they get approved, the amount of vaccines they will need is enough for CRL to build out the facilities.
