You do make a good point. And I should disclaim that there are plenty of things to be wary about. In the report I highlight all of these items, but most notably, it does assume that the company has adequately described their drugs MOA, identified the greatest effects caused by taking the drug, and assumptions that in fact - everything goes according to plan. One will definitely have to read it with a degree of speculation and due diligence.
