No doubt you are right. Unfortunately I think the opportune time has passed. That time was right after R-I results, and there were rumours or indications that something might be afoot. No way of knowing but speculation has been that JT or the board may have been asking too much.
Now, Vascepa appears to be damaged goods to BP onlookers and I suppose that if any were interested they would be looking to pick up Amarin for a song so I think the parties would be even further apart. Now the event that happened in Canada (PFE signing on to market V for HLS) has given us a glimmer of some kind of hope that maybe all is not lost. I wish I had a bit more proof and confidence that PFE’s deal in Canada is because they have a strong interest in V and Amarin.
