With all respect to Judge Du, I hope the CAFC sees clearly that she abused her discretion by not handling this matter appropriately.

grbnitz....The rule 60 case was both a fraud on the court and on Judge Du...She was not primarily responsible for this fraud...She made an error when she sloughed off the appeal because of the issue of standing.

If this fraud is allowed to go unchecked, it will encourage other frauds on the court.
