We agree. We are awaiting the legals to be approved.

If the RS is cancelled, this ticker could be trading at the level (and then some) where it was before the RS announcement.

If my memory serves me well, the ticker hit $2.48 cents in early Dec 2020.

Also to note, SNO*W has MC = $91 billions while CLHI has MC = $4.6 millions at this time.

HYPOTHETICALLY:

A $1 billion MC for CLHI, the PPS = $42 dollars (OS = around 24 million)
A $500 million MC for CLHI, the PPS = $21 dollars
A $250 million MC for CLHI, the PPS = $10.5 dollars.
A $125 million MC for CLHI, the PPS = $5.25 dollars.

Assuming the SS stays the same.

The ticker hit $2.48 cents in early Dec 2020 with the same share structures as it stands currently. Lots of corporate developments on the business side may have occurred during last year. With the right kind of news and the cancellation of the RS, this ticker would possibly hit the prior highs and more.

The sector is sizzling hot, valuation is extremely high. As for example, SNO*W has MC = $91 billions. In contrast CLHI has MC = about $5 millions. Not suggesting we're going to catch up with SNO*W's MC any time soon, but CLHI's MC has lots of room to grow.

HYPOTHETICALLY:

One percent(1%) of SNO*W's MC would generate close to around $1 billion MC for CLHI. At $1 billion MC for CLHI, the PPS would equate $42 dollars (OS = around 24 million)

Alternatively:

A $500 million MC for CLHI, the PPS = $21 dollars
A $250 million MC for CLHI, the PPS = $10.5 dollars.
A $125 million MC for CLHI, the PPS = $5.25 dollars.

SS are still the same as before and there was no dilution.
