We agree. We are awaiting the legals to be approved.

If the RS is cancelled, this ticker could be trading at the level (and then some) where it was before the RS announcement.

If my memory serves me well, the ticker hit $2.48 cents in early Dec 2020.

Also to note, SNO*W has MC = $91 billions while CLHI has MC = $4.6 millions at this time.

HYPOTHETICALLY:

A $1 billion MC for CLHI, the PPS = $42 dollars (OS = around 24 million)
A $500 million MC for CLHI, the PPS = $21 dollars
A $250 million MC for CLHI, the PPS = $10.5 dollars.
A $125 million MC for CLHI, the PPS = $5.25 dollars.

Assuming the SS stays the same.
