can you tell one example who got the approval within 20 months of data lock?

There are plenty of examples. AMRN has been discussed around here, they were about 14 months.

For BP is the norm for drugs that make it through w/o a the FDA calling them out.

NWBO is at 20 months with no reason to believe they have submitted a BLA.
