still thinking UK approval first but I've always hoped this is what is happening.

The UK has not approved ANY oncology drug first. At best they approve concurrent with the FDA via Orbis or a bit later than the EMA as they accept the EMA decisions.

And even if they get approved the drug still must be priced at a budget neutral basis until the NICE review. For a drug that adds on top of the current treatment cost it is not going to be possible to get anything out of that.

And we do know the NICE process has not yet restarted. Why?
