I agree - The only thing that has happened is that nothing has happened, which has cooled the interest of TRADERS. There has been no change to what AUPH is, BP has the same level of interest, high or low, that it had back a couple months.
BP companies operate on loner timelines than day traders.
Well for one, how about the shelf? Could be a bargaining ploy, or not. Obviously, even absent direct evidence, investors have knocked down the stock price by a third.
