Sorry, I did cut off new entrants and post the final survey earlier today. As I indicted, once TLD and the Journal is issued I'll issue it again and allow all who're in to revise their figures, and at that time I'll be happy to allow new participants.
I'm hoping it won't be that long before I'm doing it again.
